He doesn’t do it very often, but 1701News editor-in-chief Michael Hinman made an appearance over the weekend on the SciFi Weekly video podcast, hosted by TrekZone‘s Matt Miller.
Just like the Romulans in Tommy Kraft’s upcoming fan-film “Star Trek: Horizon” (which the two discuss), Hinman didn’t show his face. But who knows, maybe next time.
The longtime entertainment journalist did share insights on Bryan Fuller’s ascension as showrunner for the new untitled Star Trek series, as well as some chatter about the breakdown in the friendship between William Shatner and the late Leonard Nimoy of the original “Star Trek” series.
But don’t take our word for it, watch the TrekZone podcast right here.
